Return & Refund Policy

Our Guarantee: We’ll Make It Right

We stand behind our prints. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, notify us immediately by emailing us at orders@dtfs.co.

Provide us with your Order Number and details (including photos) about the problem, and we’ll fix it, no questions asked. 

Reporting Issues

Because DTF transfers are time-sensitive and custom-made, we ask that you report any issues within 3 business days of delivery.

To speed up the process, please include:

  • Your Order # in the subject line.

  • A clear photo of the defect or issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

What We Cover

We take full responsibility for issues on our end, such as:

  • Print Quality: Banding, ink splotches, or adhesion failure.

  • Production Errors: Wrong size printed or wrong quantity.

  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged in transit.

What We Cannot Return

Since all transfers are custom printed based on the files you upload, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Low-Resolution Files: If the file uploaded was pixelated or low quality.

  • User Error: Typos, wrong colors selected in your design software, or incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

  • Application Issues: We are not responsible for errors made during the pressing process (e.g., wrong temperature, pressure, or peeling technique).
